We are considered an essential business and are available for service, phone consultations, and onsite consultations when necessary. We are abiding by recommended guidelines to keep everyone safe. We also have the capability to communicate via FaceTime, Zoom or Skype if you want to have a video discussion and show us your staircase via video chat or photos you can email to us.
Should you desire a site visit and in home consultation we are available since our mission is to help provide products that keep you safe within your home. With your cooperation, we can maintain a safe social distance of 6’ while in your home and not touch any doors or furnishings in the home. In addition, we use hand sanitizer before we enter and refrain from shaking your hands. Our technicians and staff also have gloves and masks available to wear. In order to minimize our time in your home, we can send you a quote afterwards via an email. If you advise otherwise we will write up a quote on site and leave for you.
