Bill Koch of KC Lift and Elevator is an absolute class act. His team performs at the highest quality, they provide great service, and he is as competitive as anyone in the KC area. He has installed several of our units and the customers have been quite pleased. It makes much more sense to go through a dealer like him than to try and work with us directly, as he is equipped with local knowledge of codes, city ordinances, etc. He would also have additional product lines from other manufacturing facilities if for some reason our unit did not work for you.
