If you have an emergency service need and you call us after our normal business hours, we will be notified and call you back to discuss the issue and determine when to schedule a technician to resolve the problem.
- In addition to the factory parts warranty, we offer a Preventative Maintenance Visit (PMV) program with various options.
The manufacturer generally recommends a thorough annual evaluation of the electrical, mechanical and safety features of your lift. We have multi-point inspection check lists for various types of lifts and elevators. The cost includes travel and time on site to verify normal operation, adjust, tighten, and clean components that due to regular wear and tear can become loose or come out of adjustment. The technician can also identify any replacement parts that may be required. Clients with a PMV also receive a 10% discount on parts and labor for any repairs needed.
- If your lift requires us to order a part to complete a repair, we do order original factory replacement parts.
Many times we might have the part on our truck or in our warehouse. If we have to get the part from the manufacturer we try to schedule the return visit as soon as the part arrives, in order to minimize the amount of time your lift is not available for use.
